Ikemefuna George Adim is a seasoned management professional with expertise spanning agriculture, FMCG product management, distribution, and organizational development. He holds a B.Sc. in Food Science & Technology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science & Statistics, and an MBA in Marketing.

George played a key role in the successful transition of the moribund Songhai Delta Farm into Adventium Songhai Delta Farm Limited, where from 2023 to 2025 he served as Head of Food & Beverages Production, Feedmill Operations, Fruits & Vegetables Cultivation, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing.

He also has extensive experience in the FMCG sector. As Product Manager for Great Brands Nigeria Ltd (GBNL), he oversaw multinational brand portfolios including British American Tobacco (Nigeria), Wrigley (USA), Kimberly-Clark (USA), Henkel (Germany), William Grants (UK), Nutro Foods (Argentina), Ferrero (Italy), Damel & Felix Solix (Spain), and Pfizer (South Africa). During his tenure, he expanded GBNL’s product portfolio from under 45 SKUs in 2002 to over 220 SKUs by 2004, across categories such as confectioneries, beverages, dairy, pasta, biscuits, cosmetics, and personal care.

George was also part of the management team that pioneered GBNL’s Inter-Distribution Network, which was recognized as Nigeria’s leading sales and distribution system. He later became Purchasing Manager, overseeing a centralized procurement system for 90+ depots and more than 2,000 staff.

Earlier in his career, he worked with Direct Marketing Communications Ltd, where as Lagos Regional Unit Head he spearheaded projects for Unilever and Reckitt Benckiser, successfully developing rural and peri-urban markets in Nigeria—an initiative later replicated across other African countries.

At Community Reach Inspire Peace Initiative (CRIPI), George serves as the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, bringing his vast experience in management, systems development, and data-driven strategies to strengthen CRIPI’s programs and impact.
