James Raymond I. Esq is a dynamic leader with over 10 years of experience in law, education, and social impact.

He is the Director and CEO of Peritum Entrepreneurship Development & Life Skills Solution Nigeria and currently serves as the Administrative Officer of the global NGO Community Reach Inspire Peace Initiative (CRIPI).

James also holds key national leadership roles, including:

• National Coordinator, Global Initiative for Youths Advancement & Peace Nigeria
• National President, The Initiative for Nigeria Youths in Agrotech
• Secretary, Young Farmers of Imo State

With a strong background in legal practice, mediation, and capacity building, James is passionate about youth empowerment, strategic development, and community transformation. He collaborates with several local and international organizations to drive impactful initiatives in entrepreneurship, peacebuilding, and agriculture.
